    Booking Instructions

    Please read the following requirements before making online reservation(s).

    Reservations must be set up individually. If you are making additional reservations for someone other than yourself, a new reservation must be set up separately with their information. 

    Required information per reservation are as follows:

    1. Overall length (from hitch to bumper) of the RV only
    2. Type of RV (motorhome, travel trailer, 5th wheel, tent trailer, van, truck camper)
    3. First and Last Name, Address, Cell Phone #, E-mail address for each reservation
    4. Payment Information (Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card)
    5. Double check your reservation before finalizing your booking
    6. You need to call the office to change or cancel a reservation. Or you can use the “Guest Portal” shown on your confirmation to email us.

BASE RATE INCLUDES:

  • Water, Electric, Sewer (full hookup sites)
  • Up to 2 people (ages 4 and under free). There is a maximum of 5 people allowed per site.
  • One (1) RV and One (1) licensed vehicle (only 1 vehicle is permitted to park in the site, extra vehicles are required to park in designated overflow parking for an additional fee)

A two-night minimum reservation is required for Weekends, Special Occasions and Festival Weekends. (Three-night minimum reservation is required during the Memorial, Independence Day, and Labor Day holidays)

CANCELLATION and CHANGES:

Call 509.548.5420 for a cancellation or to make an adjustment to an existing reservation.

There is a $23.50 cancellation fee if your request to cancel is 7 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. If the set timeline is not met, after 7 days, the reservation is non-refundable. 

Holiday and/or Festival reservations must be canceled 14 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival. After 14 days, the reservation is non-refundable. 

Cancellations and no shows after the above stated timeline will result in a forfeiture of your full reservation amount.

Re-scheduling of a reservation, reduction of nights booked, date and/or site changes will be permitted twice without penalty provided Icicle River RV Resort is notified by phone at least 7 days prior to your original scheduled date of arrival. A 3rd change request will not be granted and will result in an automatic cancellation and an applicable cancellation fee. Rescheduling a reservation after the 7-day timeline will not be permitted. 

Early departures and reduction of nights booked will not be refunded after 7 days prior to your arrival date. NO EXCEPTION.

Cable TV Notice:
The following list of TV brands often lack a QAM tuner for cable connection

Apex, Dynex, Element, Emerson, Haier, Insignia, RCA, Seiki, and Sylvania

Any brand of TV older than 2008 will also not be able to connect to the cable

Park Regulations 

  • CHECK-IN 2:00 PM and CHECK-OUT 11:00 AM

    Early arrival or late check-out must be arranged and authorized by the office at least one day prior to your scheduled arrival date. An additional $25.00 fee plus applicable taxes will be charged for an authorized early check-in or late-check out.

  • RV SITES

    The base rate is for one or two people on the site, one RV, and one tow vehicle. Extra people and vehicles are an additional fee. NO tents allowed in RV Park.

  • VEHICLES

    All vehicles must stop at the registration office and obtain a vehicle pass. The base rate pays for up to two licensed vehicles. (Your RV and one tow vehicle). Any additional cars or extra large vehicles will need to park in designated overflow areas and will be subject to additional fees. 

  • SPEED LIMIT

        5 MPH is strictly enforced for the safety of the children

  • VISITOR

    Your visitors must check in at the registration office and pay a visitor’s fee. They are welcome to visit you at the park until 10:00 pm. Visitor vehicles are to park in our overflow parking areas. No vehicles may be parked on any empty site or on the grass.

  • PETS

    Dog and Cats are welcome. Your pets must always be leashed. Do not let your pet disturb your neighbors. Be courteous, pick up your pets’ waste and use pet areas. There is a limit of no more than 3 pets per RV site. We do not charge any additional fees for pets, so please be responsible and clean up after them. 

  • TENTS & CARPET MATS

    Ground tents are NOT permitted in any area of the park. RV mats may be placed on gravel and concrete patio areas only. Please do not put any mats on the grass. 

  • CAMPFIRES

    Campfires are allowed on sites that have a fire ring. Douse fires before leaving unattended. Do not put trash or plastic in fire rings. Cutting any of the park tree branches or shrubbery is not permitted. Firewood is for sale outside of the office. If your site does not have a firepit, we have a couple community firepits available in the park. You can bring a propane fire pit during a county burn ban or for sites that do not have a fire ring as long as they do not leave a ring or any residue behind.

  • SPA

    Hours are 9:30am – 9:30pm. Turn off and cover spa after use. Children must be 14 years or older. Rules posted in the spa area must be observed at all times. 

  • QUIET HOURS

    The quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please respect your neighbors. 

  • PAY PARKING

    Guest visiting for the day are required to pay a $5 Day Pass fee.

  • LINES

    Trees, fences, and utility standards must always be kept free of all ropes and lines or pet leashes at all times. No clothes lines or hanging of towels or clothing outside your RV.

  • SEWER

State law requires all connections to be airtight. Absolutely no discharging of sewage wastewater or gray water is allowed on the ground or anywhere other than the hookups provided at your site. Every RV site is a full hookup site. NO dump station. Sewer hoses and other RV supply are available for purchase in the office. 

  • SAFETY NOTICE

Children 12 and under must be supervised at all times. This park is located in the mountains on the Icicle River with wildlife and other potential hazards. RV’s arriving and backing into sites can also not see children due to limited visibility RV’s have. So please, monitor your children closely at all times. 

  • RV’s and CABINS ONLY

    We are licensed as an RV park for RV’s, including vans, tent trailers and truck campers displaying the RVIA Certification Seal. Rigs must be in good operation condition and appearance. Car camping is OK. 

    TENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN ANY AREA OF THE PARK.
